Terms of Service
Service Agreement
By scheduling a service appointment with Northland Kitchen Service, you agree to these terms. We provide appliance repair and maintenance services for Wolf appliances in the Lake Forest and North Shore area.
Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee applies to each service visit. This fee covers the technician visit and diagnosis of the appliance issue. If you proceed with the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total repair cost.
Estimates and Authorization
After diagnosis, we provide a repair estimate before beginning work. Repair work begins only after you authorize the estimate. If additional issues are discovered during repair, we will inform you and request authorization before proceeding.
Warranty
Repairs performed by Northland Kitchen Service include a warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will return and correct it at no additional charge. The warranty applies to the specific repair performed and does not cover unrelated issues.
Independent Service
We are an independent repair company and are not affiliated with Wolf, Sub-Zero Group, or any appliance manufacturer. All brand names and trademarks are property of their respective owners.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or issues unrelated to our repair work.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks.
